Making an appointment
Call us or send a WhatsApp message. We check whether we cover your municipality before confirming the appointment. -
The specialist visits your home
He examines your ear canal, then measures your hearing using portable equipment. All we ask is that you provide a room that is as quiet as possible. -
Your results are explained
The specialist explains what the measurements show and the possible next steps. If he identifies an abnormality, he refers you to an ENT specialist. -
Trying hearing aids at home
If hearing aids are being considered, they are ordered and fitted at home. You then try them for a month in your everyday life, with no obligation to purchase.
A prescription from an ENT specialist
Hearing aids are fitted with a prescription from an ENT specialist. This applies to both home visits and appointments at our centres. We can also recommend an ENT specialist. The consultation and medical decision remain the responsibility of the doctor.What the service includes

A trial at home
You try the hearing aids at home, in everyday situations, before making a decision. -
The fitting
The initial fitting takes place at your home. The specialist then checks the sound level delivered directly in your ear using real-ear measurements (REM). -
Follow-up care
Check-ups, further adjustments and maintenance take place at our two centres, by appointment.
