Because everyone is different, in-vivo measurements allow us to objectively measure the sound level actually delivered by your hearing aids and fine-tune the settings with precision.

We offer the leading hearing aid brands in a range of styles, including discreet in-the-ear hearing aids, receiver-in-canal (RIC) models and more powerful behind-the-ear hearing aids.
The right choice depends on your hearing loss, your needs, your lifestyle and your budget. As an independent, multi-brand hearing centre, we can compare different solutions to find the hearing aid that suits you best.
You can try your hearing aids free of charge for 1 month, with no obligation.
During your appointment, we assess your hearing and take the time to understand the situations in which you experience the most difficulty.
We then compare the available options based on your hearing, your lifestyle, your preferences and your budget, and clearly explain the differences between them.
Because Audio Clinic is independent and multi-brand, we are not limited to a single manufacturer. You can try before you decide, without pressure.
A prescription from an ENT specialist is required to qualify for RIZIV reimbursement for hearing aids.
However, you can also visit Audio Clinic without a prescription for an initial hearing test, to discuss your hearing difficulties and explore the available solutions.
Your first appointment can therefore take place without a prescription.
Yes. All our hearing aids come with a 5-year warranty.
During this period, adjustments, check-ups, maintenance and follow-up are included. If a repair under warranty is needed, we also take care of the process.
After 5 years, we continue to provide hearing aid adjustments and maintenance free of charge.
Our care does not stop when you buy your hearing aids.
Yes. Under certain conditions, hearing aids can be partially reimbursed through the RIZIV.
The amount of reimbursement depends, among other factors, on your age and the type of fitting.
We guide you through the administrative process and clearly explain how much is reimbursed and how much you will need to pay yourself.
Yes, of course. You are welcome at Audio Clinic even if your hearing aids were purchased from another hearing centre.
We can check your hearing aids, verify their settings using in-vivo measurements, readjust and maintain them, and arrange repairs if necessary.
Our fees are clearly explained in advance. If your hearing aids are still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will check with you what options are available.
