General terms and conditions of sale and services

1) Introduction

These general terms and conditions define the terms and conditions applicable to the services and sales provided by
Brains Medical SRL, under the trade name Audio Clinic.
They are intended to provide a clear, transparent and secure framework for our patients.
Any order or service implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

3) Services

  • Free hearing assessments (excluding ENT medical diagnosis).
  • Free one-month trial for hearing aids.
  • Personalized settings with in-vivo measurements (always included).
  • Ongoing fitting and follow-up.
  • Sale of all brands of hearing aids, accessories and consumables.

4) Orders and confirmation

The order is validated after signature of the quotation or written confirmation by the patient.
The free trial does not commit to purchase. A detailed invoice is sent with each final purchase.

5) Price and payment

  • Prices are in euros, including VAT.
  • Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, Bancontact, credit cards.
  • Audio Clinic compiles the reimbursement file and sends it to the mutual insurance company, subject to eligibility.
  • No hidden charges: the price indicated is the price paid.

6) Delivery and availability

The devices are collected from our hearing centers.
The usual lead times are 5 to 10 working days.
Consumables (batteries, filters, earmolds) can be returned to the center or sent by post.

7) Right of trial and return

  • Free trial: 1 month without commitment. Can be returned at any time during the trial period.
  • In-store purchases only: we do not offer online sales.
  • Opened accessories (batteries, filters, mouthpieces) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

8) Warranty

  • Hearing aids: 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects (unless otherwise stated).
  • Batteries and accessories: 2-year warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft or misuse.

9) Liability

Audio Clinic provides its services in accordance with scientific standards (in-vivo adjustments, continuous monitoring).
The audiologist has no medical competence: diagnosis is the exclusive responsibility of the ENT specialist.
Audio Clinic cannot be held responsible for negligence, inappropriate use or failure by the patient to follow recommendations.

10) Personal data

Your data is processed in compliance with the RGPD.

11) Force majeure

Audio Clinic cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to force majeure events
(natural disasters, strikes, major technical breakdowns, epidemics, etc.).

12) Disputes

The present conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute
priority will be given to an amicable solution.
Failing this, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction.

13) Modifications

Audio Clinic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions in order to adapt them to legal or organizational developments.
The version published on this site is the only one applicable.
